Returns & Refunds
At AurunaSpark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags
- Personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the completed return form (sent via email after return request)
- Ship the package to our return address (provided upon approval)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns. These costs will not be refunded.
